Reconcra provides a specialized client-side web utility designed to cross-reference and reconcile transaction CSV exports from Shopify and Stripe. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool according to the plan tier or license code purchased.
Each license key purchased is for individual or single-organization use depending on your purchase terms. You agree not to distribute, share, leak, or reverse-engineer the license key or validation endpoint. We reserve the right to deactivate any license key found violating these terms without refund.
You acknowledge that Reconcra processes your accounting and financial files entirely on your local machine using client-side JavaScript. Reconcra does not host, back up, or store your transactional history. You are entirely responsible for securing your original data source exports.
Reconcra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain absolute precision in matching order numbers, transaction amounts, and date filters, we do not guarantee that the tool will be entirely free of calculation errors, file parsing edge-cases, or software anomalies.
Reconcra is a productivity utility and does not constitute certified legal, auditing, tax, or professional accounting advice. Always perform standard due diligence before submitting official financial statements.
In no event shall Reconcra, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, tax penalties, accounting discrepancies, data corruption, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this software.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard corporate software protocols and local commercial regulations where the tool's authors operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily discontinue features within Reconcra to optimize browser compliance or improve reconciliation logic. Continued use of the tool after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
